Strategy & Definition

During this initial phase, our objective is to define the parameters, deliverables and both short term and long term goals of the project. From here, we will design a “blueprint” of the project and receive a “go-ahead” before any work begins.

Design & Development

A continuation of the blueprint stage, we will work with you to design the project exactly as you had envisioned. While development is in process, we maintain an open line of communication so that you are able to see progress, make suggestions and ask questions. Client communication is the foundation for the ultimate success of any project.

Implementation & Quality Assurance

Upon project completion, we ensure that everything has been done according to specification. We will review the blueprints, test each element of the project and ensure that everything is working properly. Once we have assured that the project is ready for deployment, we will work with you and wait for your approval before the final launch.

Deployment & Support

After deployment, we will provide you with any requested documentation, training and support as defined in our contract. We will also work with you during this transition phase to ensure everything is working properly, provide the necessary fixes should our system falter and also begin planning for the next phase of the project, be it additional functionality, maintenance or a new project.

Measuring Success

After successful launch of your project, Yavid will work closely with you to help measure your business’ return on investment (ROI). Measuring this return will allow you to think more proactively regarding future projects, change customer behaviors, boost transactions of all kinds and reach your full potential much sooner than you ever thought possible.
